1. Overview

Paradoxica (“the App”) is a puzzle game published by Creasoft. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account or ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.

• Gameplay progress (stored on your device). Level progress, settings, and purchase entitlements are saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off.
• Analytics data. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (for example app opens, screen views, level start/complete/fail, tutorial steps, world selection, rewind usage, and purchase product IDs). A random install identifier may be generated on your device to group these events. This identifier is not your name or email.
• Crash and diagnostic data. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and technical diagnostics (such as device model, OS version, and stack traces) so we can fix bugs and improve stability.
• Advertising data. The App may show ads through AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners. These services may collect device identifiers (such as advertising IDs), approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data with ads in order to deliver, measure, and improve advertising. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of product identifiers and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the App and player experience
• Measure feature usage and game balance
• Diagnose crashes and performance issues
• Deliver and measure advertising (unless you purchased Remove Ads / Master Pack)
• Restore legitimate purchase entitlements

4. Sharing of information

We share information with service providers that help us run the App, including Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), AppLovin and its ad partners, and Apple / Google for app distribution and payments. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers according to their retention policies. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your choices

• Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency controls in iOS or Android settings
• Reset your advertising identifier in device settings
• Delete the App to remove locally stored progress from your device
• Purchase Remove Ads or Master Pack to suppress ads in supported placements

8. International users

Our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
